Even if you do just some simple stretches in the morning and again in the evening, or make an effort to walk 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes after dinner. 30 minutes per day is all you need to build a better, more efficient body!
It's just like the 2008 Cadillac CTS commercial featuring Kate Walsh: "The real question is . . . when you turn your car on, does it return the favor?" I want my body to do what I want, when I want and without pain. I stay in shape so that when I am demanding performance from my body, it will return the favor!!
Get that beautiful body of yours moving!!
